🎯 兒童班｜Children’s Class（1小時｜1 hour）

• 適合年齡 Suitable Age：4-15歲

  – 9-15歲 ：可直接報名 Can enroll directly

  – 4-8歲：須符合特定條件 Must meet specific conditions (詳見下方說明 see details below)

• 上課時間 Class Time：11:30-12:30
• 人數 Quota：3-4人

 

🎯 成人班Adults Class（2小時｜2 hours）

• 適合年齡 Suitable Age：16歲或以上 16 years and older
• 上課時間 Class Time：13:00-15:00
• 人數 Quota：3-6人
• 另設親子套票 Parent-child package（1名成人 + 1名4-15歲兒童｜1 parent + 1 child aged 4-15）

⚠️4-8歲兒童參與條件：
Conditions for Participation for Children Aged 4-8:

1）能夠書寫文字｜Able to write characters

2）能夠理解並遵從講師指示｜Able to understand and follow the instructor’s instructions

3）能夠安靜地坐著｜Able to sit quietly

每月會寄回日本，由日本習字指導員評核（證書費用：HK$250/份）

• 本校恕未能提供 EPS 及信用卡付款
  We are unable to accept EPS and credit card payments.

 

• 如報名人數滿額，會隨時截止
  Registration will close when the maximum number of participants is reached.

 

• 如報名人數不足，本校保留取消活動的權利，所繳費用將全數退回
  If the number of participants is insufficient, we reserve the right to cancel the event, and all fees paid will be fully refunded.

 

缺席及補課 Absence and Makeup Classes：

• 不接受因私人事務或疾病缺席之退款申請
  Refund requests for absence due to personal matters or illness are not accepted.

 

• 如遇特別事故（颱風、暴雨、疫症等）或行政理由（導師生病、突發性停電等），本校將安排補課或改期
  In the event of special incidents (typhoons, heavy rain, epidemics, etc.) or administrative reasons (instructor illness, sudden power outages, etc.), we will arrange for makeup classes or rescheduling.

 

• 若因上述原因導致活動取消，所繳費用將按程序退回
  If the event is canceled due to the above reasons, fees paid will be refunded according to procedures.

 

其他 Others：

• 本校保留更改活動及退款決定的權利
