開學特別篇｜最緊要有「食育」！

趁着開學季，一邊品嚐茶點，一邊從日本學生每天的午飯時間， 認識日本人從小接觸的「食育」與學校午餐文化。

日本的學校午餐不只是吃飯，學生亦會從中學習感謝、餐桌禮儀、衛生、營養平衡及收拾等生活習慣。 大家亦可以分享自己的校園午餐回憶，比較日本、香港及其他地方的學校飲食文化。

Enjoy tea and snacks while discovering Japanese school lunch culture and the values children learn through it. Participants can also share their own school lunch memories and compare school food culture in Japan, Hong Kong and other places. All Japanese levels are welcome!

活動特色｜About the Session

透過日本的學校午餐，一起認識日本學生從小學習的飲食文化與生活習慣。 從「いただきます」背後的意思、食事禮儀、衛生習慣，到營養平衡及餐後收拾， 看看一頓午餐之中，原來藏着多少「學習」。

A relaxed small-group session exploring Japanese school lunch culture and the everyday values children learn through it, from gratitude and table manners to hygiene, nutrition and cleaning up.

• 因個人原因或疾病缺席，恕不退款｜No refunds for personal absence or illness
• 如遇天氣或導師病假，將另行安排｜Rescheduling may be arranged if needed

拍攝｜Photography

• 活動期間可能拍攝照片或影片作教學及宣傳用途｜Photos or videos may be taken for teaching or promotional use
• 如不同意拍攝，請提前通知本校｜Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed
