Absence and Make-up Classes:

• Refund requests due to personal matters or illness are not accepted.
• In case of special incidents (typhoons, heavy rain, epidemics, etc.) or administrative reasons (instructor illness, unexpected power outages, etc.), we will arrange make-up classes or reschedule.
• If the event is canceled due to the above reasons, fees paid will be refunded following procedures.
