上課守則｜Class Policy

1．缺席安排 Absence Arrangement
如未能出席課堂，請在課堂開始前聯絡本校職員與老師，可改為錄影課堂，不設補堂。
If you cannot attend, please inform us before class. You may receive a recording. No make-up lessons will be provided.

• 如有需要，請最遲在課堂一天前於 WhatsApp 群組通知本校。
  如未能及時收到閣下通知，恕本校未能提供此安排。
• Please inform our office staff and teacher in the class WhatsApp group at least one day in advance.
  We would not be able to provide this option in cases of late notice.

2．課程費用與班別更改 Tuition Fee & Class Changes
學費須全額繳付，不設退款；學期開始後不設班別更換。本校保留最終決定權。
Full tuition must be paid. No refund. Class changes are not allowed after the term begins.

3．惡劣天氣安排 Bad Weather Arrangement
任何惡劣天氣（黑雨、8 號或以上颱風訊號）下，課堂均為 Zoom 線上授課，不設補堂。
Under adverse weather conditions, including Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, all scheduled classes will be conducted online via Zoom. No make-up classes will be arranged.

4．公眾假期 Public Holidays
公眾假期、農曆新年除夕、中秋及冬至期間將不會上課。
No classes will be held on HK public holidays, Lunar New Year’s Eve, Mid-Autumn Festival, or Winter Solstice.
