Regarding Payment:
- We do not provide EPS or credit card payment services.
- Registration will close once the class is full.
- We reserve the right to cancel the event if the number of participants is insufficient, and all fees paid will be refunded.
Absence and Make-up Classes:
- Refund requests due to personal matters or illness are not accepted.
- In case of special incidents (typhoons, heavy rain, epidemics, etc.) or administrative reasons (instructor illness, unexpected power outages, etc.), we will arrange make-up classes or reschedule.
- If the event is canceled due to the above reasons, fees paid will be refunded following procedures.
Others:
- We reserve the right to change event details and refund decisions.
- Photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
- If you do not agree to the use of photos/videos for external promotion, please inform us.
