- Non-private classes will be conducted online, and classes that are in progress will continue
- Students of tailor-made private course may request to either reschedule the lesson, attend the lesson online, or cancel the lesson. The school will contact you individually to discuss the reschedule of the lesson.
Class Resumption Arrangements:
Classes that are scheduled to begin less than two hours after the black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal number 8 was lowered would be conducted online.
Students of tailor-made private course may request to either reschedule the lesson, attend the lesson online, or cancel the lesson. The school will contact you individually to discuss the reschedule of the lesson.
1）Lesson Rescheduling:
～For monthly-paid courses, in case of lesson cancellation due to students’ personal reasons, make-up lesson(s) can be arranged within the month in which the tuition fee is paid.
～ For students who have paid for lesson package voucher(s), make-up lesson(s) can be arranged within the valid period of the voucher(s).
2）Rescheduling to any scheduled lesson must be made with the school 24 hours prior to the lesson. Otherwise, tuition fee for the lesson will still be charged despite the failure of rescheduling.
3）Please confirm your lesson schedule of next month and settle the tuition fee by the 21st of each month. You could only secure your lesson timeslots and prevent other students from pre-empting them by performing these steps of lesson booking for next month.
4）No refund will be made once lessons are scheduled. Lessons cannot be transferred to others. The school reserve the right to interpret these terms and decide on any questions or disputes arising under terms.
5）In case of special weather circumstances, make-up arrangements for “Special Weather Arrangements” shall prevail.
