Designed as a long-term learning reward program, the VIP Membership accompanies you on your Japanese learning journey—helping you progress with stability and confidence.
🗓 VIP Validity Period
1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026
Eligibility for VIP Membership
Students will become 2026 VIP Members by fulfilling one of the following conditions:
- Purchase of a 1-on-1 Private Lesson 72-hour Package, or
- Purchase of a Private Small Group 72-hour Package
This offer applies only to a single purchase of a 72-hour package.
Combined packages or accumulated lesson hours totaling 72 hours are not eligible.

🎓 Free Participation in All In-School Activities
VIP Members may register free of charge for all in-school activities held throughout the year. *1
📚 In-School Merchandise Discount
Enjoy a 10% discount on selected books, teaching materials, and related merchandise. *2
👩🏫 Annual Learning Consultation (Twice per Year)
One-on-one consultations conducted by the Principal or Senior Instructors, including:
- Review of learning progress
- Goal setting
- Personalized learning roadmap recommendations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance with school staff.
🎁 Japanese Gifts (Irregular Basis)
Small gifts from Japan will be offered from time to time.

🎂 Birthday Month Course Discount
During the member’s birthday month, enjoy a 5% discount on all courses, including:
- Regular group courses
- Single private lessons
Not applicable to books or recording devices.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
Automatic VIP Upgrade
Students who have purchased a 72-hour package on or after July 2025 will be automatically upgraded to 2026 VIP Membership, with no additional application required.
Terms and Conditions
- VIP benefits are valid only within the VIP membership period
- VIP membership is non-transferable and for the registered member only
- VIP consultations require advance appointment with school staff
- Birthday discounts do not apply to books or recording devices
- All offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
- Selected items are available while stocks last
- The company reserves the right to the final interpretation, modification, and termination of this program and its related terms
*1 Scope of Activities
External collaboration activities such as yukata experiences, flower arrangement, calligraphy workshops, and similar events are not included in the VIP free participation scope. Any special arrangements will be announced separately.
*2 Booklist and Merchandise Availability
The booklist will be updated from time to time. Actual availability and pricing of books and merchandise are subject to the latest in-school announcements.
